Price & Style Information


Prices are subject to change without notice. All merchandise will be shipped at prices effective at time of invoicing. AS Colour reserves the right to change or discontinue styles, colours, sizes or fabrics.

Sample Orders

All samples will be invoiced out and credited once returned. Samples must be returned for a credit within 10 working days from the date of the invoice with a copy of the original invoice enclosed. Samples outside this period will be returned to the customer at the sender’s expense.

Exchanges

All exchanges must be made within 10 working days of the invoice date. We recommend viewing AS Colour products at a showroom or buying samples prior to making final production orders.

Returns Policy

Merchandise that is printed, washed, re-labelled or decorated is non-returnable. Only goods that have
not been altered, dyed, or processed in any way can be considered for return. Please make sure you check your invoice is correct before printing. If you are shipping orders directly to your printer please ensure the printer checks the order against the packing slip as we are only human and picking errors can occur. If you find there is a picking error before the order is printed we can fix it but once the goods are printed we cannot exchange the goods. We highly recommend that you check in all orders rather than having them delivered directly to your printer.

Placing Orders and Shipping Information


Most in stock credit-approved orders for standard delivery placed before 1:00 pm will be shipped on the same day. Credit approval delays may prevent same-day shipment. Orders will be received overnight in the North Island by 5pm the next working day and 2-3 days to the South Island. Rural deliveries will take up to another 2 Days. Orders not paid or confirmed within 3 days of placing the order will cancelled.

Credit Terms / Payment


The first two orders must be paid up front before being shipped. If you require terms after pre-paying the first two orders please contact customer services for a credit application.
