AS Colour loves new gadgets and innovative ideas, if there is new technology relating to t-shirts or labelling then we want to be involved. Recently there have been some exciting developments in Ink cup printing which means we can now offer a tagless neck printing service for t-shirts alongside our existing relabeling program. Tagless label printing or neck label printing is a method of labelling t-shirts by printing the size and care information directly onto the fabric of the garment. So what are the advantages of using this method over traditional sewn-in labels? • With tagless printing you don't have to order ready-made woven labels which reduces lead times and cuts down the need for carrying bulk label stock. Tagless printing is also ideal for smaller production runs or for jobs when you don’t have time to get woven labels made. • Tagless printing can only be done on the inside neck of t-shirts. We cannot print on the inside of sweatshirts due to the material of the sweatshirt. Print Plate Set-up:Note you will need a plate for each size you intend to print. |

Plates $45 each per size. Artwork:All the artwork needs to be supplied in vector format as;
Printing Costs:All prints will be done in one colour, the ink colour options are Black and White only. Black ink will be used on all colours except black, charcoal and navy t-shirts where white ink will be used.Neck Printing Charges 001-100 Units Minimum Charge $200 per job 101-200 Units $2.00 Per Unit includes label removal 200+ Units $1.30 Per Unit includes label removal For orders under 100 units we have to charge a $200 minimum due to ink wastage and and setup and clean-up on smaller jobs.
The lead time for making the print plates is 1-2 working days. Once you place your order allow up to 1-2 weeks for de-labelling and printing to be completed. When your plates have been made you can place re-orders for tagless back printing as required, we will keep the plates stored ready for your next order. |
