How do I order?
Ordering online is as simple as selecting what you need and adding it to the cart then proceeding to check out. You can also order by email at email@example.com, or by calling us on (09) 835 2710.
Do you have minimum orders?
There are no minimum quantities so you can order as much or as little as you like. Our wholesale price breaks apply to order quantities of the same product style and can be made up of multiple colours and sizes within that style. The relevant price will be automatically applied upon adding items to your cart.
Is everything on the website in stock now?
Each product on the website shows the current stock level available for each colour and size. If the item is out of stock the estimated date of restock will be displayed in the ordering grid.
How long does it take to process an order?

Do you offer printing and/or relabelling?
We offer a relabelling service; however, you must supply your own labels. Please visit our Relabelling page.
We do not offer a printing service, please visit our Printers page.
I cannot access my account.
Please log in using your email and password on the top right. If you have forgotten your password please follow the prompts to reset your password.
Once logged in, under My Account you may view your account details, addresses and orders.
I am having an issue with a promo code.
Promo codes are applied on the Your Cart page. Please note that some promo codes are case sensitive and have an expiry date.

Is AS Colour a socially responsible company?

Do you have trade prices?
If you're a garment brander or another large-scale business in the apparel industry we may be able to offer trade pricing or pass you on to one of our sales agents in your area so they can pay you a visit. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more info.
Can I get credit terms?
All new customers will be set up on a pro-forma basis, which means the cost of goods and transport has to be pre-paid before delivery. Orders are placed and payments made through our secure online website.
