Our in-house relabelling service offers high quality and quick turnaround. Once you place your order, we'll give you an estimated completion date. All relabelling happens before orders ship. We can't relabel garments after they've been printed. This service is only available to NZ Customers.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I place a relabel order?
Simply order as you normally would and add the relabel charges that you are after and we will book your order into our relabel schedule.
Do you have any label requirements?
We can keep existing care labels on many of our garments for size, country of origin, and care details.
Labels must be supplied pre-cut (not in a roll) with loop folds and end folds.
Every relabel job must be submitted with a relabelling template.
Do you make any labels?
We do not manufacture any labels. All labels must be pre-made/pre-cut before sending these to us.
What size can I make my labels?
Our standard AS Colour labels are 20mm wide by 45mm long as a reference point for designing the label.
Where do I send my labels?
Please send through your labels to our Westgate Warehouse, these can also be dropped off during our opening times (Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5pm.)

How long does relabelling take?
Relabelling can take up to 5 business days, this may change dependent on the volume of our relabel orders.
Do you offer a delabelling service?
Yes, this will be the Remove AS Label options, with the choice to keep or remove the care label.
Can I send my apparel to be relabelled after it has been branded?
No, we are only able to relabel AS Colour apparel before it is shipped from our warehouse.
